Once a buyer invites you to join Orixe, you can accept the invitation depending on the type of request: Connection, Sustainability (ESG), or Audit.

1. Accepting an Invitation via Connection

1. Open the email from the buyer.
2. Click the link inside the invitation snippet.
3. Create your company account. Complete the registration process.
4. After registering, the connection is created automatically - you are now linked to the buyer’s company.

2. Accepting an Invitation via Sustainability (ESG Assessment)

1. Open the email from the buyer.
2. Click the link inside the invitation snippet.
3. Create your company account. Complete the registration process.
4. After registering, the connection is created automatically.
5. You may receive a notification:“[Buyer’s Company Name] has sent you a request to fill out the ESG assessment.”
6. Click on the notification → you will be directed to the ESG survey page.
7. Fill out the ESG form and submit it.

3. Accepting an Invitation via Audit

1. Open the email from the buyer.
2. Click the link inside the invitation snippet.
3. Create your company account. Complete the registration process.
4. After registering, the connection is created automatically.
5. You may receive a notification:“[Buyer’s Company Name] has sent you an audit to fill out.”
6. Click on the notification → you will be directed to the audit page.
7. Complete the audit form and submit it.
