If a buyer added you using your Client ID, you will receive a normal connection request.

1. Go to your ‘Connections’ tab’.
2. Click on the ‘Requests’ tab.
3. In the Requested Connections List, you will see the buyer’s company name.
4. Click ‘Accept’.

Once accepted, the connection is created automatically.

If the buyer sent you an Invitation Code, here’s how you redeem it:

1. Go to your ‘Connections’ tab’.
2. Open the ‘Requests’ tab.
3. Scroll down until you see the Invitation Code search bar.
4. Enter the Invitation Code you received.
5. Click ‘Redeem’.

Once done, you will be connected with the buyer’s company.

1. Go to the Connections module.
2. Open the Requests tab.
3. Check the Requested Connections List (this is where received requests appear).
4. Find the buyer’s company name.
5. Click the green tick to accept.

You are now connected with the company.
